WHAT'S THE LESSON?

Does this picture remind you of how last week felt?  How many of you had a bit of a crappy week last week?  If you’ve answered “I did”, then join the tons of people who emailed me looking for an explanation as to what was going on.

My first indication of course that it was planetary lineup was simply the fact that the various people who wrote all had different charts – even though it seemed I had a full week of Pisces appointments!

My first place of checking was to see if some planet may have passed into a corridor left open by some eclipse.  That would set off a maelstrom of writings from various people, especially if it was Mars (planet of aggression) travelling through that corridor.  But no, that wasn’t the case.

I went back to re-read the emails to help find another clue.  It seemed everyone, on some level talked about rising up anger or they were feeling pissed off for some reason.  Three of the people wrote about accidents.  That alone gave me a bit of a clue.  Often
accidents involved Chiron.  Anger issues involve Mars.  Sure enough, there was my answer.

Remember all summer we talked about sitting and spinning?  We see those three planets still together in the 12th house (where a 9 would be on a clock).  They are still within orb of each other 20, 21 and 23 degrees, but at least they are moving forward (that’s a GOOD thing).  You may not ‘feel’ like they are moving forward some days…but I assure you they are.

But look straight across from it (over where a 4 would be on a clock)…what do we see?  Mars at 16 Deg Leo!!!!  There is the culprit!

    So  the sky looks like:

         Jupiter 20 Deg Aquarius
Chiron 21 Deg Aquarius       <------------  Mars 16 Deg Leo
         Neptune 23 Deg Aquarius

Mars is making you question:
-Why can’t I move faster?
-What is it about me that you are NOT getting?
-Can’t you see I’m ALREADY doing my best?
-Notice me NOW!!!

This is a HUGE lesson for mankind.  This lesson will be in place until June 2010.

Okay…I hear people groan at this.  Let’s look at this a little closer.  It’s all about ‘GETTING THE LESSON!!!”  Where ever this shows up in your chart….this IS the lesson!!!!!   Clients will often say  “Please HELP me see what I’m NOT getting!”  I need to move on!!!   Unfortunately the Universe will often keep us stuck if we are not getting it…..this is a re-run from a couple of years ago (more on that later).

Below is a quote someone sent me last week which frames this lesson very well I think:

“Don’t let someone become a priority in your life, when you are just an option in your life…..Relationships work best when they are balanced…….

I’d like you to take a couple of minutes and allow that to sink in.  Re-Read it…does it speak to you?

So we have Jupiter, Neptune & Chiron in the sign of Aquarius - - Yeah fellow Aquarians, here we grow again!  The need for freedom has never been greater!  All of the Air signs (Libra & Gemini included) are also getting this feeling…..

Fire signs (specifically Leo)….including Aries & Sag’s are spinning right now trying to see how they can possibly feel free.  So I ask:  Who AREN’T you putting as a priority Fire signs?   Yourself perhaps?   I suspect this particular line-up will ask you to please get this lesson!  I can’t really imagine you want to play this game up until June 2010!

To all astrological signs – whatever you may be: Taurus, Gemini, Pisces etc - - you too ARE affected by this Mars pulling within your chart  somewhere.   Are you also simply a ‘priority’ or an ‘option’ in your own life?

Then on November 16th (just last week) we had a New Moon appear at 24 Deg Scorpio (which is a water sign).

Mars in Leo (Fire) started to have some of its fire put out by this new moon.  What happens when water first gets put on fire?  (Creates steam…right?) That’s what a lot of the Fire signs felt - - STEAM…getting them pissed off.   Now its cooled off somewhat.  Helping to put out some of that aggressive fire.  Hence, we should all start to feel a little bit more at ease.

Looking forward to the New Moon in December (Dec 16th)…we see a Firey New Moon in the sign of Sagittarius!  Ohhh ohhhhh…..adds fuel to Mars in Leo (fire).  So from Dec 16th to Dec 20th all of us will perhaps feel some irritation before Mars starts to retrograde from Dec 20th to Mar 10th.

Mars is our planet of aggression.  It makes its way around the zodiac (our charts) every 2 years.  When children become two years of age, Mars comes back to the same place it was in their chart when they were born - - hence the comment “the terrible twos”.  They begin to work with their aggressive sides and push out boundaries.

We all do that.  If you are at an age that can be divided evenly by ‘two’ it means you will experience a Mars return this year.  Part of the questioning of the year will be - - Do I wish to push my boundaries somehow?

When we look back in time, Mars was actually in the sign of Leo (where it is now) in the summer of 2008.  Think back to that summer - - are you re-visiting some of the same issues from then?  I know a lot of you are thinking - - wait a minute, that’s not 2 years.  But it is because Mars will still be in the sign of Leo into the summer of 2010.

When you look at your Natal Chart (what it looked like at the moment of your birth) – if you look to see what sign your Mars was in at the moment of your birth, it will tell you immensely how you deal with anger/aggression issues.

If Mars was in a fire sign Aries, Leo or Sag – you will seldom take any crap.  Actually those are the most aggressive signs to have Mars in.

If Mars was in an Air SignGemini, Libra or Aquarius, you may deal with anger by spouting off.  I think that’s called “going on and on and on and on” and not letting it go.. LOL

If  Mars was in a Water SignCancer, Pisces or Scorpio, you may deal with anger by simply swirling it inward.  Never releasing and let go of the hurt.

If Mars was in an Earth SignVirgo, Capricorn or Taurus, you may question what’s the point of getting upset and bury it.  We know how dangerous that can be!

If Mars was retrograding at the moment of your birth - - it simply says you didn’t deal with anger issues in the past lifetime….so you’ve come back to deal with them again.  Some of which are not even of this lifetime….you are just simply angry and perhaps not even know why.

We have to work with our Mars as it is an part of our personality makeup. We all have aggression within us – even if we sometimes choose not to show it.
