For those of you who know something about Astrology, you will recognize the above symbol (looking like a P) as a representation of the planet Pluto - - the planet of endings to start whole new beginnings. And YES…there is such a planet as Pluto!
Somewhere in everyone’s chart, Pluto starts to retrograde (April 2nd/08) until September 11th/08.
One big thing to remember when ANY planet retrogrades is that it is asking you to Re-think, Re-ask, Re-check, Re-design, Re-do….before you attempt moving forward. Depending on what House this planet is in, determines what part of life they are asking you to do these Re’s.
For those of you who may not know what I mean by a ‘house’ please see a copy of an astrological chart below (actually that is Brad Pitts chart).. Each piece of the pie (is divided into 12 sections) each section we call a 'house'.
We have 2 different types of planets in an astrological reading. We have the NATAL planets – which means that is where they were placed at the time of our birth - - a snapshot in time.
And we have TRANSITING planets – which means where the planets are located today. As much as we would like to think everything stops because we are born....the planets really do just keep on moving hehehehe.
What we are talking about at this point in time is the TRANSITING planet of Pluto – where it is today. And whatever house it is traveling through in your chart, determines what the Universe wants you to Re-think, Re-do, Re-check, Re-decide etc.
Pluto had been traveling through the sign of Sagittarius for the last 12 years and then in January 2008 it moved into the sign of Capricorn….now to transform the Capricorn people along their life’s journey. But alas!! We’re not TOTALLY finished with the Sag’s yet (I can hear the groan now)….we’ve got one last kick at the cat. Pluto starts to retrograde (going backwards) and will re-enter the last few degrees of Sagittarius mid-June 2008. So for the Sagittarius that have their birthdays around the 20th Dec-22nd Dec you can expect some change forthcoming from Pluto re-entering your sign. The change will actually take place when Pluto turns around in early September 2008 (stops retrograde - moving backwards......and starts to turn direct - moving forward again). Then you can say good-bye to Pluto being in your sign Sag……and Capricorns will say “Hello Again” to Pluto. This will force the Capricorn individuals to go back through some of the lessons they didn't quite get in January/08 - - these will be re-visited to see how you do this time around.
Pluto re-entering the sign of Capricorn on the world stage will really affect a lot of large businesses. As I have written in a previous article, we will start to see the breakdown of larger corporations – unless they change their attitude towards humanity and the need to take care of their people. We are seeing some of this fall-out now as I write and listen to the news of the stock-market.
Pluto entering into the sign of Capricorn will certainly affect people who have their birthdays around 23rd-28th December….this year will be huge changes for them. You may even note some ‘personality changes’ as they deal with endings going on around them, forcing them to make changes within their life. (that’s not always a bad thing!)
There are a couple of generations this will affect as well…….the generation who were born when the planet of Saturn was in the early signs of Capricorn. The first generation up on the block are the people born in the months of December 1958 plus Jan, Feb & March 1959. They are part of this whole baby-boomer generation so when Pluto changes around in September they can expect to see lots of changes around them as the year of 2008 comes to a close and the year of 2009 comes into being. Depending on how well one deals with change, determines how well these events will be handled. An astrology reading will at least show you what part of life you can expect this change to occur.
The next generation group that will be majorly affected by this change will be the 20 yr olds…..those born Feb, Mar & April 1988. This generation also were born with the planet of Saturn in the sign of Capricorn. So there are some big upcoming years for these specific generational individuals. Most on their minds will be – what will I do with my life. These will be the entrepreneurs…..they won’t want to play the Corporate backlash…..so this will be the generation that will force the Corporate world to bring about the change we denoted earlier.
Transformation is inevitable……Learn from the planets and work with them rather than against them. Timing is everything!
