As you can see most of the planets are in the upper quadrant of the chart….but depending on where you are in the world…that will turn the wheel. So…if you were in the Netherlands…all those upper planets would be moved over to the right side of the chart. (remember we’re not looking at our ‘natal’ planets here….this is TODAY…looking at the sky right now!)
If you are in Victoria B.C all the planets would be moved over to the left quadrant of the chart…..but there would still be the same amount of space between each planet as we see above.
So what all is exciting about this chart?
Mars (planet of aggression – new energy) has moved into the sign of Aries today and will stay there up until the end of May. This will bring in new energy….new vitality…new ways of moving forward.
From a ‘weather’ perspective Mars always represents ‘wind’ and if we look up in the chart above….you can see Mars (That Red –male sign – up in the top of the chart)….hence our major Wind over the last day or so. So we may see the 'wind' for a few days. Luckily its 'warm'.
The planet of Mars is very comfortable when it sits in the sign of Aries - - it feels at home there. So this is the time to boot thyself in thy behind….and get things rolling - things specifically that you have been putting off for the last 2 months.
Humanity may have thought they were ‘waiting for spring’….but in reality…they were waiting for Mars to enter into the Sign of Aries.
No doubt the Aries people will really feel this shift of Mars (as well as the rest of the Fire signs - - Leo, & Sag’s). Slow down the treadmill Fire people…you don’t have to have it registered at 180 m/hr. Take control of that – don’t let it run away with you!
Today we also experience the New Moon also in the sign of Aries. As you can also see it’s directly placed overhead in Halifax……and it is also in the sign of Aries. So I wasn’t overly surprised when I opened the paper today and they talked about 2- NEW houses…that caught on FIRE through the night…. (New moon – represents ‘newness’……and of course as I said earlier Aries is a “fire’ sign)….. New moon's will often set the weather pattern until we reach the Full Moon for that month.
Over the weekend (April 17th) Venus turned back to being Direct (after retrograding since March 6th)….and it connected with the sign of Uranus (planet of unexpected events)…..again up in the upper quadrant of the chart as we see above. For ‘me’ I felt the air got lighter over the weekend…..it actually seemed like a load got shifted somehow….and it made it somewhat easier to breathe.
I guess a lot of that came from the fact that we have been questioning about ‘relationships’ since March 6th (whether consciously or sub-consciously)…and final decisions got made over the weekend. For the clients Ann & I both saw during last weekend at Oak Island…..we saw a lot of transformations that was made……which ‘to us’ made us ever so grateful to be part of that individuals life’s journey. Thank you for that opportunity.
If you look at the chart over in the 8th (VIII) house….you see Neptune (planet of dreams) lined up with Chiron (Teacher/Healer/Wounded-Warrior) and Jupiter (planet of expansion). So lets look at that…what does that mean?
It means we are trying to make our dreams come true(Neptune)….and Chiron is trying to get us into the place we need to be…by bringing in a teacher to help….OR…pushing you away from where it doesn’t want you to be (hence the term "wounded warrior"). Some of you, no doubt are feeling like you are being stomped on. Okay…I get that. BUT!!!!! I ask each and every one of you to STOP! Step back!!! And question WHAT is the lesson here? Am I trying to head in a direction I’m not supposed to go? Sometimes we can be pretty stubborn….and guess what…the Universe will meet you head-to-head. Stop beating a dead horse (is the expression that comes to mind). What is it you are trying to prove? And an even better question is WHO are you trying to prove this to? If you keep running into walls….you’re going the wrong way!
OR…is there someone new that has crossed your path – this person could perhaps be there to help you fulfill some of your dreams….is this person there to teach you something? Has Chiron put this person in your pathway?
And in among all of that line-up….is Jupiter - - planet of expansion!!! Trying desperately to push you forward. Again I say - - depending on how ‘stubborn’ you are choosing to be…will determine how difficult that job is for Jupiter. Aquarius this is all happening in YOUR sign! Take advantage of this....... Everyone will benefit here...but it will be of extreme benefit for the Air signs (Aquarius, Libra & Gemini)
As a lot of you know….I’m a pretty straight-up astrologer. I don’t beat around the bush…..and may be a little ‘too’ straight forward for some people. But we don’t have time to waste here. This line-up is for a purpose. Lots of times – friends come together….and I will be doing a session with someone and explaining how this is enriching (or hindering) their life and the client will say “I get it!!”. I can hear their friend behind me sigh (often people will sit in on others readings) and they say “I’ve been telling YOU that for years!!!!!” Holly tells you ‘once’ – and you get it???? What’s with that?”
Ohhhh ohhhhh….now it's time for me to do some ‘damage control’. We don’t HEAR friends…..we don’t HEAR family. The reason people HEAR me is because I don’t have any emotional attachment to the situation. Plus…I don’t bring along any ‘past’ with it…..it simply is what it is…….. I can’t become ‘emotionally’ involved with everyone’s situations…..so it gives me a ‘clearer’ vision and a more objective one-and perhaps a little stronger way in getting the point across.
So – to the friends who sit in on the readings….that’s all it is. Its kinda like telling kids to put their mitts on in the winter. Mom can tell them a hundred times and they don’t’ hear it. Some stranger can ‘suggest’ it….and they’re up for the idea.
This is the time to play with this astrological line-up. You want your dreams to come true? I KNOW you have ideas swiming around in that head of yours. This is your time for the groundwork….. This is a GREAT line-up to make things happen! Everything is happening around you for a reason…..it could be your chance in a lifetime!
