FULL MOON IN ARIES
THE EFFECT UPON US ALL
Oct 11th 2011 9:03pm shows us the full moon here in Atlantic Canada. The vibration of this moon can be pretty intense. For those of you who know Aries people, they bring with them, their own sense of intenseness. They are known to be pioneers – loving to stay ahead of the pack and explorers of a sense. Generally we see New Moons as opening of new doors. That is without a doubt, but sometimes we have to shut old doors in order to open the new. This Aries full moon is known as the ‘harvest’ moon because it is the largest and most bright of all of the moons. This Moon also asks us to be creative. A lot of you perhaps felt more creative in the last few days than you have in a long time. Depending on where the Moon shows up in your chart, will help you to design which sense of creativity works best for you.
Because Full Moons are generally about shutting down the old, the Universe with this moon is asking you: - What fear is stopping me from moving forward and being the pioneer I have come to be? - Who, in my life, am I allowing to hold me back from being the best that I can be? How can I take back my power? - What do I need to toss out in my life (in my clothes closet, in my bookshelf, in my cupboards, sitting on my bureau) to create more spaciousness around me? - What door do I need to close in order to allow another to open? Aries Full Moons will affect all of us. For those of you with some knowledge of astrology it is centered at 15 Degrees Aries. Anytime something happens in a Fire sign (Aries is a fire sign) it affects all fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) – positively. Fire and Air works well together so it also means it will positively affect all Air signs as well (Gemini, Libra & Aquarius)
Fire signs doesn’t work overly well with Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo & Capricorn). Fire signs has a tendency to go too fast for the ploddy earth signs. They need time to think about it. So we may see this full moon close some doors for you earth signs that you thought you still might like a bit more time to ‘think’ about it.
Fire signs and water signs doesn’t work well together either (Cancer, Scorpio & Pisces). The fire seems to be too ‘rushy’ for the water signs and often the water signs feel that the fire signs are simply too ‘in-sensitive’ for them to deal with. So this full moon may bring some endings dear water signs which may cause some emotion.
I thought it may be fun to make some predictions on how this Full Moon may make some changes in some Countries decisions as well as the decisions of some famous people:China:
As I looked at where the Aries Full Moon showed up in China’s chart I felt a great ‘draw-back”. This full moon sits in Chinas 2nd house - - for a country that has to do with their manufacturing abilities and ways of making money. I suspect we will see China retreat on their manufacturing lines a bit over the next few weeks. There will be a feeling that they are too ‘wide-spread’ - - they will want to come back and ‘refocus’. They will perhaps have a whole 'new' plan by the time of the new moon.
United Kingdom:
As I looked at where the Aries Full Moon showed up in the UK chart I could see it falling in their 7th house - - house of partnerships. This would have to do with who they were deciding they would do some trading. Their North Node is in the 7th house so they desperately want to be a leader and I think what you will find is that they drop one partner and pick up another. There will be some ‘stepping on toes’ here as the partner being left behind simply won’t see it coming.
United States:
I don’t think the United States are being affected by this Full Moon as much as they have a retrograding Jupiter in their 10th house. Newspapers are certainly lamenting about the economy of the US – make no wonder with this kind of a line-up. Jupiter is the planet of expansion and it's retrograding which means there is simply no expansion happening anywhere for the US. Every where they turn they are hitting a road block. This, without a doubt, is landing on Obama’s shoulders. Can he change the planetary alignment? Jupiter changes late December - - this will be the time we will start to see the economy change for the US – things should start to clear early 2012 – just in time for the election!!!
Canada:
Just like the UK, Canada has this full moon lineup in the 7th house - - partnerships and relalationships. However, unlike the UK it hits off the sign of Neptune for Canada. This brings a lot of realism to Canada. I suspect within the next few days we will read in the paper that Canada has changed its mind about doing relations with a particular country. Planetary wise it says – the illusion is over……time to move on and find business somewhere else.
Stephen Harper:
When I saw the above for Canada – I thought I must go and check out Stephen Harper’s chart. He’s got Jupiter retrograding in the 9th house which means he’s becoming very frustrated with waiting for ‘outside’ news. Communication has obviously broken down with another country and there won’t be any repairs until the new year. Is it with the US do you suppose? He seems to be at a total impasse with this decision. It must be extremely frustrating with him. Would someone write him please and tell him that the impasse is over by January lol.
Celine Dion:
One of the most important lines in our whole chart is the line that goes straight up to the very top - - called the Midheaven line. It identifies our ‘worldly’ views etc. I’m talking about this with Celine Dion because this Aries full moon sits there for her. This will have her back up from signing future contracts. I think we will hear her talk about the fact that her plate is presently full and she’s tired of being ‘on the road’. No doubt she will finish her present contracts, but I think she then decides to slow down.
Cher:
I was very interested in looking at Cher’s chart as I’m watching “Dancing With The Stars” and Cher’s son is a contestant. Last night Cher chose to sit in the audience to watch him dance so I wanted to look in the chart to see where that was coming from for her. Presently she has Saturn (the great teacher and sense of responsibility) sitting in the 4th house (house of family & foundations). In her Natal chart (the chart at the moment of her birth) it shows there is a retrograding planet in there. This tells me - - this is a past life lesson that she didn’t get in the last lifetime….she’s come back to do it again. In another lifetime, did she perhaps have a child that chose to live a different life (outside of society’s expectations) and did Cher perhaps in that lifetime choose to walk away. (In case people don’t know….Cher’s son has changed his gender and has met with a lot of negative media attention. In this lifetime Cher is standing firmly behind his decisions and requesting that the media simply back-off).
