How can Reiki following an EFT session help me?
So often in a session with EFT we are able to loosen up and release trapped emotions from our energy field. EFT wakes up the energy system while Reiki helps to release your issues in a gentle and effective way.
Reiki helps to balance our body, mind and spirit by bringing us back to the harmonious state which is natural for us. The combination of both modalities can be such a healing experience.
An EFT session followed by a relaxing balancing treatment of Reiki can be just what the body needs to restore and renew itself.
Combined sessions run for 1 ½-2 hours.
