"The Attunement Stone"
It has only been within the last year that I purchased my first piece of Kyanite. It has become automatic for me, whendoing Gemstone Healing work to reach for it on a constant basis. One of the major reasons, is simply because it doesn't hold negative energy. This means a couple of things a) never needs clearning and/or cleaning
b) It helps immensely with clearing blockages, without filling up!
This stone, simply by holding it, will help to clear the mind. It brings forth a state of calmness. It is often used on doing attunements for Reiki individuals simply because it is great for balancing and opening the chakras all at the one time. It totally balances the Yin/Yang energies.
Looking to do a meditaiton to connect with your angels? Hold a piece of kyanite as it opens up communication. It is great for 'recall' purposes, especially in remembering your dreams. and it allows for one to stay in the state of meditation, without having to deal with the 'monkey mind' - - the mind that races from one topic to the next.
Because the stone itself, doesn't fill up - it will overcome any blockage such as self-denial and dishonesty. Be prepared when this stone starts to open you up as it stimulates the higher thought process.
Got a project that just seems to be stuck in the mire? Lay a piece of kyanite on it for overnight. The next day so much more clarity will come to the project with answers you perhaps would not have even dreamed of.
From a health perspective, I often use the Kyanite to help with balancing of the endocrine gland systems and their corresponding hormones - helping to bring balance to all systems.
Everyone needs to piece of Kyanite. Once you have held a piece...you won't want to be without it!
