WHERE DO I FIND

MY AUTHENTIC SELF? - Holly Poole

  Before reading on, that is a question I would truly like you to answer for yourself.  Most of us don’t know ourselves.  Most of us feel there is something missing in our lives, but indeed has no idea what is missing.  And unfortunately we often mistake the ‘what’ and assume it is a ‘who’ that is missing.  We look to other people to fulfill us.  We look to others to give us a sense of who ‘we’ are.   And then we walk away, wondering why the relationship has failed, when indeed it had nothing to do with the relationship with another.  It actually had to do with the relationship to yourself.

  The Authentic You is written clearly in your birthchart.  It is the core essence of you.  It is not someone your Mom wanted you to be.  It is not someone you feel your husband/wife wants you to be.  It is the core you   It is the part of you that is looking to be ‘home’.  Sometimes we get so sick and tired of trying to be who everyone else wants us to be, that we forget what our own wants feel like.  We move so far from our Authentic Self that it’s almost like losing a pathway somehow.

  Before coming to earth we write our blueprint.  Often when I say that, people mistake that to mean they have no ‘free choice’.  Of course you do!  Not every minute of the day is written in the chart, but there are some set points – which YOU created before coming to earth – and those set points will often stop you in your tracks.  It’s going to force you to reawaken to some lessons that are important for this lifetime.

   Perhaps you have chosen to be born into a family that didn’t allow you to find your own voice as a child.  This is part of the whole plan.  This is part of your lesson!  Think about it.  If your lesson is about finding your own voice – would it have made sense to be born into a family that allowed you to do that?  If you answered “Yes” – then I ask - - okay…so how would you have learned to find your own voice then?  No!  You HAD to be born in that type of environment to force you to learn to find your voice.  Until you get that lesson, it will come back to you time and time again!

   Most of our difficult times in life indeed are ‘lessons’.  If one of your lessons was to reconnect with your creativity – how could you have arranged that in the blueprint to make that happen?  Well – you could be born into a family that perhaps a parent was an artist.  Or you could be born into a family where you spent a lot of time alone and enjoyed coloring and working with color. Our Authentic Self always knows what our lessons are and what our blueprint is all about – so it leads us on that pathway – from one lesson to the next.

  Nothing in life is coincidental – nothing!  Everything is for a reason.  Are you seeing now how things are coming together?  In the lesson of the family whereby you had to find your voice, you perhaps would have chosen to have an opposition in your birth chart between your Sun Sign and your Moon Sign - - - that would represent the Subconscious Mind (inner mind)  in opposition with the Conscious mind (outer mind).  Often when I look at a chart and the Sun Sign and Moon Sign are in opposition, it tells me that individual had chosen to come into a family whereby life would have been somewhat difficult as a child.  During discussions then, it allows for myself and the client to discuss how this indeed is all part of the entire plan for life.

   There should never be anything in the chart that is seen as negative.  What I mean is – of course there will be pieces in the chart where we would RATHER have written in that we are meant to be millionaires, or that we were meant to be tall and slim and drop dead gorgeous, or that we should have been rocket scientists!  But, our reason for coming to earth is to actually work on our life’s lessons.  We chose our birthdates, our birth-times AND believe it or not our birth-parents!  All of this shows up exclusively in your birthchart. 

    So it’s important to always get in touch with your birthchart. to actually get in touch with the Authentic You!  The You that you have come to be!  Once you have learned about the true you, it is only then, that you can begin to manifest your lessons in a very positive manner.  You will have learned your skill set and how best to maneuver what you have.  Would a Doctor go into surgery before knowing what tools he was best at handling?  Your birthchart offers you the same opportunity.

   Now take a few moments and question yourself  - - What are some of my life lessons?  How did I arrange my life to ensure these lessons would be brought forward?  I have no doubt, there are many lessons you have indeed learned.  We will always be learning – that is the reason for our human existence.  But isn’t it fun to discern the quality we have managed to bring into our life already and the joy with which we meet our next lesson!
