ARE YOU READY?
Even though we had a fantastic weather throughout this past summer, a lot of people found it extremely trying and heavy from an energy perspective. It may have been a bit difficult on the nerves trying to keep everything in order.
In the spring there should have been new opportunities all around us. All we had to do was to allow ourselves to think outside of the box. We were asked to allow our imagination the opportunity to expand, allowing us to see it right before our eyes.
Then in July, the planet Jupiter (planet of expansion) started to retrograde. This closed a lot of possibilities - or at least put them on hold. That doesn't mean that mankind didn't continue trying to open them or push them along faster than the Universe wished. Somehow, they simply got placed on a back burner.
In the sky, sitting next to that planet of expansion, is another planet called Uranus (unexpected events). Both of those sitting together can certainly herald great news and exciting events. In early spring both of those planets were moving direct, speeding full force ahead. This was a time for new beginnings and opportunities. If you didn't see them, then somehow you missed them, because I guarantee you they were there.
Both Jupiter and Uranus are presently retrograding forcing us to rethink, relook, recheck where we want to be and what we want to be doing. This does not mean that opportunities have totally stopped. It means they are simply not going at the original speed they were in the spring.
Our last Full Moon was on September 23rd. That Full Moon sat perfectly together with Uranus and Jupiter. Full Moons are about 'completions' so it helped a lot of us make some decisions. Decisions on what we would and would not accept into our lives. Again, that created pressure, especially for those of us who may be somewhat stubborn. Fortunately it was a reality check. Some of us deal with those better than others.
It perhaps gave you a different viewpoint than you had previously:
- What illusion did it force you to re-look at?- What door did it close for you? (Friendships? Occupations? Addictions?)- What previous perceived opportunity did it force you to 're-look' at - perhaps even deciding it was not for you? The air felt very heavy to me from that Full Moon (23rd Sept) until very early October. People seemed to be crumbling under stress - or - was it simply a reality check that people didn't want to see? Now we have to create a new vision.
Oct 7th saw us with a New Moon in Libra. Life is starting to balance out. We realize life hasn't ended in any way and we are still okay.
Jupiter is still retrograding so opportunities may still be somewhat slow - at least until it turns back direct which is mid-November.
Oprah Winfrey once said, "I belive luck is [a matter of] preparation meeting opportunity.
This is your preparation time:
- Do you need to get enrolled in a school/college/university?- Where do you need to place your focus?- Are you thinking about starting a family?- Where in your life are you hoping to move forward? Often, when I chat with clients I hear the words, "But I can't afford it". Sometimes that means from a 'financial' manner or other times it means from a 'timely' manner.
i.e. I can't afford it because I don't have the money.
I can't afford it because I don't have the time.
My question back is always: "But, can you afford NOT to do it?" Sometimes we simply have to push ourselves or 'think outside of the box'. That is what this summer has been all about, pushing ourselves perhaps in a different direction. As we look at our own Astrological Chart, we need to identify where Jupiter presently is sitting in that chart. This will help us to identify in what area of our life we need to place our focus. Also, we need to look at the relaitonship between: Where Jupiter is today in your chart comparing with where Jupiter was at the moment of your birth. What aspect does that create? What line can be drawn between the two?
Late Pisces individuals will perhaps be the most affected by this turn around of Jupiter in November. People who have their birthdays' mid-March (13th-20th) will see the greatest push forward and growth within self.
Then as 2010 draws to a close, we see a push forward for our Aries friends. All early Fire signs: Aries, Leos & Sags can expect a great increase here. This should be a relatively easy push - depending of course on how prepared you are for the push.
The Air signs of Gemini & Aquarius have the aspect of sextile to Jupiter as it moves Aries in December. This is also a very positive aspect meaning those two Air signs will simply feel like they are going along for the ride.
The Air sign of Libra will oppose Jupiter in Aries in December so it will create some push & pull feel for our Libra friends. Give a little - get a little back. Still a move foward but we will see 10 steps forward and perhaps 5 back. Their push will appear to be somewhat slower than the other two Air signs will experience.
Sometimes the Earth signs: Taurus, Virgo & Capricorn can be somewhat stubborn. The moving forward will be more like feel a 'pull' forward....while our Earth sign friends dig in their heels and continues to move forward with a great resistence.
Our Water sign individuals will also be forced to move forwward whether they want to or not - but it will come with its' challenges. Emotions may run high here.
Jupiter will change for all of us...so we will all be affected in one way or another. This can be a 'good' change or it can be a 'bad' change. It really is all up to you. If you realize that the Universe has a plan for you and in reality you are simply along for the ride, it can create a world of difference.
Give up the control and let the Universe direct you to where you need to be. Stay open for clues and messages and always ask: "What is my lesson for today?" You just may hear a very wonderful answer! Lessons do not always have to incur challenges....its all in a matter of attitude.
