Ann graduated from Humber College of Applied Arts

and Technology in 1979. Soon after arriving in Nova Scotia she became the first female Business Manager in the automotive industry in the Maritimes. Ann trained many award winning sales people while managing a busy metro dealership. During her career, Ann won several GM Sales Excellence & Achievement Awards.

Ann and her husband David live in Lower Sackville and have two sons Les and Jeff. Together they owned and operated Here We Grow Again Childrens & Maternity Wear since 1990. Ann was nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year in 1996. Here We Grow Again won Best Second Hand Clothing Store in Metro for two consecutive years.

Ann has always shared a keen interest in the Healing Arts. Her journey really began when she experienced Reiki for the first time in 1998. She has since become a Reiki Master with an active practice in both teaching Reiki for people as well as Equine Reiki for horses.

While teaching many self empowering workshops, Ann is also an experienced coach in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique.) She has developed a highly successful program with EFT and Weight Management. She continues to coach clients past their issues surrounding fears and anxieties while inspiring them to take back the control in their lives.

Ann is also a Certified Hypnotherapist. She studied with Sheldon Bilsker from the Orca Institute in British Columbia. Ann's approach to Hypnotherapy is based on the Ericksonian principles. Her approach to therapy allows the client to be gently guided into comfortable scenarios which provide opportunities for them to find their own solutions to their problems. She also uses Past Life Regression Therapy as a powerful tool to help people move forward from self limiting beliefs they experience in this lifetime.

Ann employs the powerful Metaphysical Science of Numerology to help her to tune into her clients on a very profound level. Numerology identifies those characteristics not easily seen in people. Through careful examination of their birth date and name, Ann can help her clients get to know themselves better as well as assist them in identifying some road blocks they may be experiencing in their lives. Ultimately her goal is to reacquaint her clients with the positive sides of themselves allowing them to explore and begin to utilize all these wonderful qualities back in to their lives.
